Padlet

Padlet is a web tool from Google that allows students to quickly share their thoughts, ideas, visuals, photographs and pictures to a collaborative, online "pad" or board. Padlet is a canvas to create beautiful projects that are easy to share and collaborate on. It is very simple to use and intuitive. It works like a blank piece of paper. It represents an interactive board in which each student brainstorms, collaborates, shares and benefits from everyone’s input when doing a class assignment. You can drag in a video, record an interview, snap a selfie, write your own text posts or upload some documents.

How does it work?

Simple…First, the teacher creates a wall at Padlet.com. Next, students visit the pad by entering the URL into their browser (computer or mobile device). Then, students double tap or click on the padlet to add a "Sticky Note" to the pad.  The note can consist of text, links, visuals or files.
